For products with little or no assembly or detailed design documentation that may have 'grown' over the years into ranges of products. We can take your existing product and data and turn this into a fully detailed product documentation pack. Detailed 3d CAD models and part drawings to BS8888, assembly drawings, BOMs and costings all supplied ready for improved flow and efficiency through production.
Reverse engineering from scanned data for Bowers & Wilkins.
The legendary Nautilus hi-fi speaker from B&W required new tooling to ensure production quality. We took the scanned solid model of an existing item and engineered this into a full 3d CAD assembly. Analysed fits between components through tolerance analysis and produced 2d part models and drawings to BS8888. Validation of surface geometry was achieved using 3d CAD tools and 1:1 3d printed models, produced in-house.
Value Engineering
