Working with electronics engineers, this concept was generated to provide a modular gas detection system for mass production. This consists of a sealed gas system and an electronic flexi-circuit interface which auto-connects on assembly via a mobile phone battery type connector.
The project was taken from concept generation through detailed design into tooling acquisition.
